Terry is the son of Doyle Blackwood, original co-founder of the famous Blackwood Brothers Qt. Terry's distinctive vocal styling has been featured as lead singer on many chart-topping singles while associated with three highly acclaimed vocal group, the Imperials, Andrus, Blackwood & Co, and Friends IV. More recently you have seen him as a featured soloist on many Gaither Homecoming videos. Terry has carefully chosen familiar hymns and spirituals and has used his uniquie vocal stylings to make each cherished hymn and spiritual one to remember.
