Steve Tarshis fronts a jazz fueled rhythm section with his Telecaster. A unique, atmospheric, ecclectic mash-up this line-up has been working regularly in the New York area for several years. This is the band's third CD but the first available on CD baby as a digital download. Featuring Peter Grant on drums and Dave Hofstra on upright bass. This collection could be classified as jazz, rock, latin, cross-over, blues, jam-band..et al...but it’s really all and none of the above. Everything from the Champs to Keith Jarrett to Steely Dan to Bruce Springsteen...and throw in some Hendrix and Grateful Dead for good measure...Some nice acoustic tunes as well.
