Rare Species

Renowned for his collaborations with DnB veteran Loxy and critically acclaimed releases on many of the finest labels including Metalheadz, Exit Records, Renegade Hardware and Samurai Music among others, delivering the goods for SKUTTA005 is the man like Resound. First up is 'Rare Species". A track with great crossover appeal that has been rinsed at both ends of the DnB spectrum proving just how versatile a producer Resound is. Building up to the drop with sci-fi FX and a distinctive woodblock sound, the track emerges into an energetic frenzy of percussion and wobbly bass. Next up LA Johnson & Baddesley join Resound on "Deep Architecture". Starting off with sinister pads and slow-fast halfstep beats, the track morphs into a Miami Bass and Footwork channelling affair as it drops progressing throughout with a jukey vocal snippet and 808 percussion. This one is for connoisseurs of the contemporary sounds of 170bpm bass music and goes out to all the heads. Peace
