I’m sitting in the open air, enjoying a cold drink and reflecting the wonderful snorkeling trip I had this morning.
Under the sea, I was surprised by the corals of all kinds of vivid colors: purples, reds, oranges, yellows, blues and greens.
And their shapes are various, like fans, plates, brains, lace, etc.
I saw a large group of small, neat and elegant fish swimming freely around the corals.
Among them, I loved the little orange and white fish most.
It seemed that they were playing hide and seek in the waving long thin seaweed.
What made me really surprised was the small fish that helped the large ones clean their bodies by getting inside their mouths!
The most impressive thing I’ve done under the sea is exploring the small caves, shelves and narrow passages.
There I found a yellow and green parrotfish, a yellow- spotted red sea-slug, a blue sea-star, and a wise looking turtle.
I regarded them as lovely and beautiful creatures.
But as I came deeper, I felt scared.
An eel opened its big mouth, with its strong sharp teeth, waiting for its tasty food.
I couldn’t help imagining its eating my toe!
When I turned around, there hid the giant clam which half buried in the coral, waiting for something to get into its green mouth!
I was nearly scared to death when two grey reef sharks suddenly appeared from some corals!
I'm afraid of being eaten by them and my heart was beating wildly!
What a splendid and limitless world there!
